No free lunch

You cannot reach the top unless you climb the staircase. You cannot eat the
nut unless you apply effort to break the shell. Similarly, the caterpillar
cannot become a butterfly if it refuses to crawl out of its cocoon even
though it is too painful.

There are no free lunches!
